Step One: I ask you to complete the What’s the Story? questionnaire to help me get crystal clear on exactly what you need and exactly how I can help. This invaluable part of the process also provides you with greater clarity regarding your message, products and services and brand.

Step Two: I price up the job and send you a quote. If you’re happy with the quote I invoice you and we get cracking.

Step Three: We have a phone / Skype call and you tell me more about what you want your business copy to say and I gather the details that will make it really stand out.

Step Four: You get on with the other aspects of your work … and I get writing.

Step Five: I deliver crystal clear copy designed to connect and inspire, containing any / all of the following:

  • Home page
  • About page
  • Company byline
  • Your personal bio
  • Elevator pitch
  • Product / service description
  • Calls to Action

Step Six: You let me know if you’d like me to make any changes and I tweak the copy accordingly.
